Hakuna Matata

When the days are grey, there's something very uplifting about adding pops of bright colours into you wardrobe. I'll be the first to admit that this dress is totally different from the rest of my wardrobe, but I kept spotting it in Primark and was immediately drawn the the African inspired patterns of navy, brown and orange. Finally after a while of admiring it, it got reduced to £5, then £3 in the sale so tried it on and found the style quite flattering! I've definitely taken a step out of my comfort zone with this choice, as it's got bold patterns, pointed waistline and midi length- the opposite to all my usual choices, but I love the overall look!

I paired it with my golden flower crown then black tights, shoes and coat to keep the rest of the outfit more minimal. Then to contradict that last statement, I topped the look off with stacks of bracelets and a tribal inspired necklace. I guess minimal just isn't my style at all!
