Smoke Marble Nails

By October 04, 2014 , , ,

The season change is a perfect time to experiment with style and beauty, so I decided to give my nails a little change from the usual plain colours. There are so many ways to do the marble nail, but so far using a cocktail stick to swirl the colours together has been the simplest and least messy! I used Collection 2000 'Angel Wings' and Revlon 'Black Star' to keep my colours monochrome and give a smoky effect and go with lots of outfits, but the combinations are endless depending on how you want you nails to look.

Here's how to do create your own marble nails~
Paint your nails with one layer of grey nail polish and let them dry completely. Imagine a line straight down the middle of each nail and paint half grey and half black. Swirl together using a cocktail stick until you like the design and allow to dry. Simple!

  2. This manicure is so pretty! I have to say I suck at nail art, but I mainly blame it on my tiny little nail beds. However, I love a good manicure to look at when I'm busy with homework or studying :) Gorgeous pictures by the way!
